About Henry Bbaale

Henry Bbaale is a passionate advocate for social change and the driving force behind ROS. With a deep commitment to improving the lives of underprivileged communities in Uganda, Henry has dedicated his career to addressing the challenges faced by orphans, refugees, widows, the impoverished, the homeless, and the sick.

With a background in community development and humanitarian work, Henry has gained extensive experience in implementing programs that promote education, healthcare, empowerment, and food security. His hands-on approach and ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds have made him a respected leader in the nonprofit sector.

Henry’s journey began with a personal mission to create positive change in his community. Motivated by his own experiences and the struggles of those around him, he founded ROS to provide a platform for meaningful support and sustainable development. His vision is to empower vulnerable populations, enabling them to overcome adversity and build brighter futures.

Under Henry’s leadership, ROS has seen significant growth and impact. a) To redeem hope and faith to the orphans through extending support in areas of education, health care and food.
b) To raise God fearing children through a well-established religious background among our beneficiary communities.
c) To support the vulnerable women especially the widows through improving their economic livelihood.
d) To encourage the formation of women groups through which they can get financial support to fight against their economic difficulties
e) To foster girl child education through lobbying for financial, social, economic and moral support whenever called upon to do so.
f) To enhance health care of the surrounding communities through health education, sensitization and mobilization of people to fight prevailing health hazards.
g) To provide services to society through welfare works for community development
